Dr. Ladli Chatterjee is very supportive and calming. She explained my medical issue clearly and advised a healthy diet along with medicines, which helped ease my anxiety. The clinic ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, the appointment was worth it.

Doctor is very sharp observer.. She quickly had a look at my blood test reports done recently. Made a note of my deficiency And prescribed necessary medicines. I had huge swelling in my right foot and severe pain in upper leg area. I am also diabetic and that was doctors main concern. Her SOS guidance is highly appreciated. She also saw that I had vericose veins in my legs and started treatment. I have completed just 3 days of my medicines doc prescribed and my leg swelling and pain is 75% cured. She is also guiding me in diabetes mellitus management and I am highly grateful to her for bringing in ray of hope in my life. Best part is Dr. Ladli chatterjee is approachable on watsapp and answers to doubts asap. I have not felt neglected and her communication has been a moral support giving me the required strength to recover from my present illness. Thank you Dr.

I wish to share my experience of my son fighting for COVID for last one month. He is fully recovered today with third RTPCR report showing negative. I faced problem of finding proper doctor. I was lucky to find Dr Ladli Chatterjee in Gurugram, who could diagnose on line after seeing all the test reports. For a nominal fee of INR 700, consultation was possible for 10 days over WhatsApp. More so she responds within 2 hours. I understand she has a good grip of COVID issues. A K CHOPRA

We visited the doctor on Saturday evening for a general check-up, and she prescribed a few blood tests. We got them done on Sunday. After receiving the reports, I was told by the support staff, Heena Choudhary, that the doctor wasn’t available and that I should send the reports on WhatsApp for review. I did so, but received no response. I was informed the doctor was on leave on Monday, so I waited until Tuesday. Even then, there was no communication. * ** * * * ** ** ** I had been waiting for a response after following the clinic’s instructions. At no point was I informed that Tuesday was the last day to avail the follow-up ** After I raised the issue, the clinic agreed to waive the consultation fee. ** ** What was even more disappointing was the doctor’s handling of the follow-up. As the treating physician, I expected better communication and oversight of the follow-up process. Instead, the review of the blood test results was brief, , and left several of my questions unanswered. For a consultation fee of ₹1,000, I expected a much more thorough and patient-focused discussion. Overall, I left feeling disappointed not just with the clinic’s administration but also with the doctor. Good medical care includes clear communication, proper follow-up, and ensuring that patients are guided appropriately. Unfortunately, that was not my experience

I do not recommend Dr. Ladli Chatterjee as the doctor was not available and I waited for 30 minutes ** I didn’t even get the chance to see the doctor and would rate this experience as 1 out of 5.
