I had a disappointing experience with him. * ** ** ** * ** ** ** ** ** ** * ** Building trust and feeling comfortable enough to share personal things can take time.Because of my experience, I don’t feel comfortable continuing the sessions, and I wouldn’t personally recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr Hardeep has not visited my brother in ICU for more than 5 day who is suffering in such a fragile state , despite being asked by the respected, soft spoken senior gastroenterologist Dr Arvind Sahni who asked us to meet Dr Hardeep personally and ask him to visit. We were baffled why would a doctor need our request to visit in ICU when he is on the ICU medical panel. We haven't been even allowed to see Dr Hardeep by his nurse during his OPD hours (ICU patients) and he isn't visiting the ICU where my brother is. I don't live in Chandigarh but have lived across India and globally. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen ever and that shouldn't be ignored by Fortis Hospital. ** He has let personal judgment about my brother and his family (the kids had been in same school) get in way of his professional duty. My heart breaks at what my brother is suffering while Dr Hardeep goes about uncaring what happens to him. ** ** ** ** **
