Dr. Ramakrishna got a pleasing approach. My daughter needed Wax removal from her right ear and being a 14 year old, felt very comfortable with the procedure. His caring approach is impeccable. The clinic address and directions need some clarity, I already shared this feedback with Dr. Ramakrishna.
