This was my first-time Visit to Gracia Cutis Skin Clinic... I have had such a wonderful experience ... I would really like to say that Dr. Rajib Roy is an amazing person, so caring and friendly ** a good human being , I value the fact that he is a good listener . He is not a person who is concerned about his bussiness..instead advised me the best for my problems...I'm completely satisfied with the service . Dr. Rajib and his team is doing excellent work. I am very happy by his advice, suggestion, guidance and treatment . I usually go for 'chemical peeling' , which is a detanning procedure. The process is done under safe hands by experts, under Dr. Roy's guidance. One can feel the difference before and after the procedure is done. Recently I experienced their 'hydra facial' procedure. It is by a deep cleansing method that the facial is done and after the procedure, the feeling was very refreshing and rejuvenating. Wishing Dr. Rajib and his team all the very best and to keep up the good work they always do! Aside the expertise, the behavior and the gesture of the entire team is outstanding.

Before Oliva Clinic, I tried many acne-fighting products that didn't work. A good diagnosis and treatment plan was established by the doctor at Oliva after examining my skin and conducting some tests. No more pimples and smooth, clear skin are the results! Dr. Rajib Roy seemed rushed during the consultation and was interrupted multiple times by calls from reception. I forgot to ask my questions because the consultation was hurried, which left me confused. This experience makes me hesitant to proceed with any treatments.

Terrible and horrendous experience with this doctor! I went in to ask him about a skin rash and asked him if the medicine would genuinely help me as ive taken many which have not helped in the past! The doctor lost his cool and started arguing with me telling me that how can I question him? This is ridiculous! I can’t even ask questions regarding my own health? He refused to treat me and continued to argue and go on to tell me that he is rejecting me!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!! NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL! Never in my life have I witnessed something like this!
