I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Kushal Rathi Sir and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the completion of the procedure, the doctor explained every step in detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The extraction itself was smooth and virtually painless. The doctor ensured I was comfortable and kept me informed about what was happening. The doctor patiently explained the do’s and don’ts, prescribed the right medications, and provided clear instructions on managing pain, swelling, oral hygiene, and diet to ensure a smooth recovery. They also took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. The professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach made what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable. P L E A S E R E A D T H I S B E F O R E B O O K I N G:So I went to her for RCT. She completed the RCT in 4 sittings. She had called me the 5th time for permanent filling and capping. My tooth was paining during and after the treatment so my brother who is also a dentist (back home) asked me to send him the X ray before getting capping done and so I asked the doctor to share the Xray but she refused to share and said she can only give the Xray done on my untreated tooth. I thought maybe that's how it works so did not forcefully asked but since I was in pain so I saw another doctor before getting capping done for a 2nd opinion and after getting X ray done I found out that Dr. Poonam Rathi had broken 2 instruments inside my mouth one of which is in the canal and another one is in the jaw. ** I saw a specialist to reconfirm ** ** * ** * * * * * * * ** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** The biggest problem here is that is why she did not give me the X ray or informed me instead recommended me capping and that too the costliest one. ** ** All I wanted was to get a simple RCT done for my tooth cavity and now I have to go through S U R G E R Y. * ** ** ** ** * ** ** * ** ** My tooth still is paining so much and I am scared af for the S U R G E R Y ** ** * * * ** * ** * ** * * * * * * And even after complaining to Practo they've just asked me to write a review about it. * ** ** ** ** We trust Doctors with our lives and this is what we get in return?

The doctor that attended me gave a good advice. However, he took the xray and upon requesting agreed to share the images that he had. I even paid for the xray and I am still waiting for the images to be sent. This is not a professional attitude where the money is request and received by the product is not given to the customer. Even the cleanliness of the clinic was in question. For instance, the doctor showed insides of my jaw using a camera, and that same camera stick was used to explain stuff to me, visible on the monitor touching the screen. I could see my saliva stains wherever the camera stick was touched, and later it was kept aside without any cleaning. I am not sure in how many mouths that handheld camera stick might have went which he stuck in my mouth... definitely not going there again.
