I am following up for my treatment from past 5 years ,I am satisfied with the treatment. But every time it is very difficult to get appointment on time. Even though I get appointment waiting time is too long. After all these difficulties this time after consulting doctor when I gone through my prescription sheet I was really astonished to see that my name and other patient details like Age , Weight and Lab results were changed in prescription sheet . My name was Ayesha and I got treatment of Rashmi Its just because of negligence my prescription itself was changed and I got treatment and suggestion of other patient. If I had not referred the details of my prescription sheet just imagine the consequences .

** Listen to the patient and accordingly give the treatment. One of the beautiful thing is booking the appointment of the doctor is very ease & comfortable. Doctor attend the patient on schedule time. In emergency cases, he will attend the patient without prior appointment. We are consulting the doctor from past two years and we have found the improvement. I am very much thankfull to the doctor for his kind service.

Even if I am last consultant , the same time spare and energy is maintained.
Not in a hurry to get away from the patient.

Waiting period is really bad. No point in taking appointments and going all the way from Bengaluru for the treatment. Atleast 2 to 3 hrs need to wait. Advance appointment have to be taken a week before which is of no worth if we have to wait for 3 hrs. Except waiting period we are satisfied with doctor's treatment. Hope some action will be taken on this.

Mainly the waiting time is more. ** ** * ** he has no rights to make patients wait. My appointment was at 6.30 now the time is 8.30. still i am waiting out here. Better to start appointment at the time he arrives, often late can be adjustable. this has become his routine.

Its very very hard to get appointment when it is urgently needed. please setup a process where the immediate patients can be look after soon. Booking online is very very not satisifactory.
