The doctor explained everything clearly and pleasantly. The clinic and staff experience were good with no issues. Although it is too early to say about the treatment outcome, I would rate my overall experience as 5 and would recommend Dr. Vikas Thukral.

My experience with Dr. Vikas Thukral was good. He explained everything clearly during the consultation. However, the online consultation started about twenty minutes late, and the interface could be improved. Overall, I would rate the experience a three out of five and would recommend the doctor.

It has always been a terrible experience in terms of wait time. The usual wait time is 45 to 1 hour, no matter how serious the issue is. Today i visited for my mother's eye issue. First, the appointment was rescheduled automatically without any prior intimation. I reached on time at the clinic but still the wait time as more than 40 minutes. Also, the staff kept pushing to take an appointment by calling the clinic locally and not via practo. This is a regular case with Dr. Thukral's visit and I don't recommend urgent helpseekers to consult him.

Overall, the doctor was good and explained everything clearly. The clinic experience was also very good with helpful staff and no waiting issues. I would rate my experience a five and would definitely recommend Dr. Vikas Thukral to others.
