I had a good experience with Dr. Bharati Chetan Desai during my online consultation. She explained everything clearly, and I would recommend her. The only issue was that I received the prescription about four hours late, but overall I rate the experience 4 out of 5.

The doctor provided clear guidance regarding the medication and advised a thorough course before considering further tests. She explained the possible issues well and recommended follow-up checks like blood tests. Overall, the consultation felt informative and I am following the advice closely.

I expected a physical checkup but none was done. The doctor maintained social distancing and gave me a lot of test and medicines. This is like video consultation only. Disappointed.

Dr. explained everything well and was very understanding of my mother's concerns. When my mother apologised for asking too many questions she said "not at all. It's good to know what the issue is and why you're taking each medicine. You're an intelligent and logical patient". This was very kind of her to say and quite an exemplary attitude and approach for a doctor I must say.
