My experience with the consultation was quite disappointing. ** ** ** The consultation felt very brief and generic, * I was expecting a proper assessment of my situation, an opportunity to discuss my concerns, and clear next steps. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful outcome from the consultation, * **

I am writting this review to share the most disappointing experience I had with a medical professional.
I visited the doctor because I was experiencing vaginal symptoms and specifically wanted to understand whether I had an infection. During the consultation, I was told that a Pap smear and a vaginal swab were the same test,
* ** I had done my research before visiting and specifically asked for vaginal swab to get tested for infections but the doctor told that both of them are same.
I proceeded with the Pap smear based on this explanation and paid for the consultation and the test. But the test confirmed everything other than what I had asked for.
I subsequently contacted the clinic to clarify whether there was another report or infection test, and they confirmed that this was the only test/report performed.
I am disappointed because I would have made a different decision had the differences between a Pap smear and vaginal infection testing been explained clearly beforehand. ** *
I am sharing this experience so that other patients can ask specifically what test is being performed and what infections it is actually designed to detect.
