However, the staff at the eye check department were not attentive and did not listen to me properly, which was disappointing.

The doctor was good, but the overall experience was very time-consuming. We had to wait for six to seven hours, which is not acceptable especially for elderly patients. The consultation time with Dr. Lalit Verma was very short, only about two minutes, despite the long wait.
