Dr. Ramesh Makam

My experience with Dr. Ramesh Makam was very good. He explained everything clearly during the consultation.

The doctor explained everything clearly and the visit was smooth with good staff behavior. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this doctor to others.

Doctor referred me to one of his team member who intern asked me to get the blood test and x-ray. I was then asked to come to the emergency Ward and he will meet us there was the commitment. The hospital took 45 minutes to arrange a wheel chair for my dad who could not walk due to this infection. I then got the rest of the test completed and came back to emergency Ward and we were further redirected to consultation room where we met the Doctor first which was in the basement. While we came to the basement one of the team member from the Doctor's team called as I insisted the nurse to call. I spoke to the doctor and I don't know his name he mentioned that I need to come to emergency Ward again and call for the duty doctor. * ** ** ** ** ** I expressed my concern to the front desk and the called the doctor again and then we were asked to meet another team member of the doctor. He hardly looked at reports and did not look at the X-RAY, I then insisted on the reports and seeked clarity. I was then asked to meet another doctor who finally reviewed all the reports and finalized on the medication course.my request to the doctor is if you don't have the time please don't give appointments to patients. Especially your team needs to have more accountability. Today I had come in at 12:30 pm and left Fortis at 4 : 45 pm.

The doctor was very patient and treated me well. His suggestions were very helpful. Overall, the visit was worth it.
