During our consultations, we felt that the doctor’s interaction with the patient was very limited. In our case, most of the examination and discussion were handled by supporting staff, and the doctor himself had minimal direct engagement. It was good experience with Chennai Apollo for doctor consultation though 90% discussion done with Assistant.
* I did not able to contact doctors assistant after my check up on last 6th Oct18 to know the dose of one tab. Please help me out. No one understood in Kolkata retail medicine stors.
