I used to follow diet earlier (from some other dietician) also but i always get bored eating the same thing again and again for 15 days but sherya mam plans the diet acc to my choice and i also feel bored following it.....she is very polite.....hears to the query patiently and guides in the best possible way....even if we have query she guides personally on WhatsApp or teliphonicaly.....overalll i am satisfied with the service provided by them.....her team is also too cooperative and polite......i wish her best of luck for future

Excellent. Shreya and her team have become more like friends. There is so much caring in the way a person is helped through the program. I have lost 20 Kgs by following the program and am now maintaining my weight for the last almost four months. When season changes, I consult Shreya for any dietary changes required.

She does not listen to your problem carefully. She does not consider your problem in following a strict diet even on asking for it. She have few diets prepared , copy pastes to everyone same diets , you wont feel being treated by a human but by a machine. She has too many assistances and extremely corporate like structure so you wont feel easy to call them and ask for guidance. She does not guide the person as s/he need or as s/he want but is insistent on selling them the diet plans ...with minimum of 6 months enrollment costing 15000 rs If you enter her clinic there's no way she would let you go back without selling you a paln for at least 3 months.

I have not visited the doctor but I have taken a diet consultation . Staying at chennai my friend recommended this place and I ended up taking a 5 months subscription , but frankly it's been a month ** ** ** * * No continuity . Persinally I still have 4 months to go and I really invested alot in this . Being a working professional they do not understand it ** ** ** * * Will not recommend to anyone ever . Debjani Banerjee

Too much money minded. Charged 800 and did not suggest even a single diet plan.Wanted to take 15000 package and did not tell even single thing ,when I said will pay by Thursday. Just good marketing, no substance. Hope she focuses on results than money.

I've been adviced by many to follow Shreya's diet. It has been 3 months that I'm following the diet. But, it is highly disappointing, when you don't loose a single penny of weight inspite of proper follow of the diet plans. Ladies with hormonal issues should avoid having diet plans from dieticians. Instead, they should just cut down with junk and have proper workout session. I tried my best to loose weight, but couldn't. Not reccomendable.
