Dr. Mandar Paranjpe

I visited the clinic for routine checkup of my son today ie Saturday 15th June at 15:45. First of all, I was told there is no appointment available for today, later after requesting I was given an appointment & we were told by the reception that our number is 10 & Dr. will come at 16:15. The Clinic timings as per the board on the Clinic, on all websites, is 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Due to some traffic related issue, the Dr. reached around 17:00hrs. Later the patients started going one by one & found that even after 10 patients my appointment was not given. I was given no. 17 that too after meeting the Dr. intermittently. The reception later told us that the patients whose operations were done in last few days were being treated first. Why was that not informed earlier. The reception could have given the a certain time considering the appointment number. We had to wait almost 2hour for the treatment for no reason. The reception was sending patients as per their wish. The treatment given by the Dr was Good, but considering the administrative work by the reception, it was an very BAD Experience.

Dear all, I am PRAVIN BHALEKAR from Pune who wanted to get checked clarity of vision issue.i met couple of eye specialist but did not get complete satisfaction and direction about the check up of my eyes. Earlier I had very high minus no with cylinder no also I had reading issue even with my specs. I could never read last 4 lines of alfabets of eye testing even with my contact lens. But now after the surgery and implant I can read everything I mean all alfabets. The clinic is very neat & clean & staff is kind and polite with patient. The way I was guided by the staff as well as the doctor was simply amazing. ** ** The doctor is also patient, compassionate and understanding and takes his time to listen to his patients. I consult the dr on time as my apponitment. Excellent experience with Dr mandar . he is very polite . I'm very comfortable feeling with Dr mandar . Dr mandar diagnosed my dry eyes problem and he give me only one eye drop and from the 2nd dose I get reliff in my vision and my pain also Thanks to Dr mandar sir for proscribed me good treatment Hospital location is very good opposite to hotel wadeshwar its very good .. Very experienced and nice doctor. Have done my fathers cataract surgery over a year ago and going to get my mother surgery done too.
