Ms. Ayesha Hakeem

** Ayesha genuinely shows care like no one else ** ** I love her analogies, they have helped me so much. They told she has given me, I will always stick to them and use them. She is also one of the very few people I know who actually advocates good her clients, along with helping them in session. I'm really glad to know Ayesha and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

She has always made me feel comfortable opening up. All my small wins are celebrated and she always tells me how proud she is of me. She remembers the smallest things I say and always makes me feel seen and heard. I feel myself doing much better after I met her, I’m so happy.

I took both individual and couples sessions with Ayesha, and I found her to be a compassionate, active, engaged listener who is also thoughtful with the exercises she gives. It felt to me that Ayesha is intentional with how she holds space, and very caring. She also seemed to value my agency and inherent knowing, which was refreshing. I would 10/10 recommend Ayesha for both individual and couples therapy.

By now I have taken around 3- 4 session. The therapist is attentive and got a very calming aura it's like talking to a friend who can provide you practical solutions and comfort. the provided techniques If practiced well worked and in case it doesn't you will be provided with another. So a win win situation

I was hesitant to get therapy and with Ms. Ayesha i have had a positive experience. I have obsereved change in myself after having therapy sessions with her. She is friendly approchable and guides me through out without any judgement. Would recommend her to everyone !!

Shes a gem of a person and for me who finds it difficult to connect to people and open up I have found a friend in her and its easy to connect to her. Always gets my point without explaining much and its a relief. I am glad i found her to help me through my roller coaster. I dont think anyone else would be better. Thanks Ayesha for all your support.
