Dr Qurrath Sharief is a highly approachable doctor who gives attention to detail and made me smile perfectly again after my root canal and cap fitting. She along with her team of Mr. Mani who did suction and Dr. Veena who prepared me and helped me fix the appointment with periodical reminder and follow up post treatment. I have been undergoing orthodontic/braces treatment with Dr. Qurath for nearly 5 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The treatment is still not completed even after such a long period. What concerns me most is the change in communication and behaviour I experienced over time. In the beginning, the interaction was polite and reassuring, ** * * * ** * As a doctor, professionalism, patience, respectful communication, are just as important as clinical treatment. Patients should be able to ask questions and express their concerns ** I understand that orthodontic treatment can sometimes take longer than expected depending on the individual case. However, nearly five years is a very long time, and I believe patients deserve clear explanations about the progress, expected timeline, delays, and overall treatment plan. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend my experience based on the way the treatment has been handled and the manner in which communication has taken place. I hope the doctor takes this feedback constructively **

The communication needs to be transparent and clear. When I first visited the Doctor I was told that wisdom teeth needs to be removed so that the pain will reduce. Next session when I visited I was told that main purpose of the pain was not wisdom teeth but a RCT is required. This was very disappointing as this was told to me suddenly.During my third visit I was told it would cost 11000 for capping. When I visited fourth time it was told to me that I need to pay Rs 1200 more. I hope correct diagnosis is done so that the patient can take informed decision whether to proceed or not with the treatment.
