Doctor is good. Expected better service. Only time will tell the outcome, but only superficial check with very limited info given regarding the discomfort.The excercises were to be shown by his assistants, who are totally laymen. They started showing shoulder exercise, on confronting, they informed us, they are not sure about it and tried to routed us to their known physiotherapy centre, and it was told, the activies prescribed will be shown by them only. I have faith on the doctor. But unhappy with the professionalism and service

Dr. A. N. Mukherjee is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. I was suffering from a soft tissue problem in my hand. He is checking me for last three months and I am feeling much better. Pain is much lesser than before. I am very happy with his treatment procedure.

Despite of booking through Practo I have been waiting more than 1 hour to enter in the doctor chamber, also staffs of that clinic are not efficient in managing the patients. We the patients are paying sum amount to get not only treatment but also proper explanation of the treatment and health issue and area of problems in future. ** ** I have asked to the receptionist for briefing about the prescribed medicines but they denied and told me that the same will ne answer by the doctor. Today on 28th Feb I have again visited the same place to consult with the diagnostic reports but it is very sad that doctor had not said anything about the reports of x-ray and other diagnosis. Overall I have paid ₹ 1000 but get nothing. ** Very dissatisfied with the overall treatment

I visited this doctor for my mother's neck pain related problem. The doctor gave medication the effectiveness of which only time will tell. But the behavior of the doctor was rude and inappropriate. Also, did not give sufficient time to explain the problem and his diagnosis. Also, the doctor is not at all willing to spend time with patients. ** ** * I would not advice or recommend this doctor for treatment. the laboratory was behind us following up to do these blood tests. In short avoid this doctor.

Received no explanation despite asking. Causes of my problem, treatment options, preventive measures nothing explained by doctor. Only prescribed medicine and physiotherapy for which no details given by reception. Even MR is not explained what has captured and how is report. Overall Not satisfied. Staff is also very rude.

Doctor examining patient while talking on phone, n response is terribly un professional. While patient looking towards his face , he still busy in his phn conversation n at the end he completed his examination without listening patient . No diagnosis made only pain killers .
