Unfortunately, this was not a satisfactory experience. The video consultation did not take place as the doctor mentioned the camera was not working, and the call lasted under 2 minutes. There was no meaningful explanation provided, and I was simply told that a prescription would be shared and to stay away from AC. The consultation felt rushed *
