Ms. Parul Kashyap

I had my first session with a doctor today. It was a wonderful experience. For the first time, I could talk my heart out without the fear of any judgment. Dr. Parul was very patient in listening, and she let me analyze my position from a third person's perspective. I am looking forward to meeting her again for future sessions. I totally recommend her for counseling sessions to build a healthy relationship with yourself and the people around you.

Visited for Relationship Problems: ** ** - understands the problem accurately and then starts the most appropriate therapy. I could feel the change in my mental health right after the 2nd session. i would strongly advise all to have patience and do therapy tasks and not try to cut short the therapy. if you follow her suggestions diligently and persevere then im sure your relationships would be happy. I am certainly recommending her to all who need a good marriage therapist.

But when we met Dr Parul she was so calm and compassionate. She made us relaxed and friendly that we explained everything to her. On very first session she understood our problem and listened nicely . In just 2-3 sessions we started realising that our relationship is getting better. Visited for Marriage/ Marital Counselling Coming to dr Parul Kashyap has taught my husband and me that we can easily learn to let go our blaming patterns guilt sadness arguments and escalate our conflicts towards a lovely relationship. We re-discovered what creates permanent loving relationships, that a good relationship takes little effort and maintenance. One day before the date of my appointment, she called me and said the fee is INR2000/hour ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** Didn’t feel that there were any takeaways from the meet as most of the time was spent in basic question (Which might be a process but it could have been shorter as almost 40-45 mins went by) 4. The only takeaway we (Me and My Wife) got was to speak gently with each other, ** ** ** ** * **

Me and my wife realised that our teenage daughter has some problem, when she began to spend sleepless nights and most of the times when she woke up in the morning, she was not feeling relaxed rather depressed. We requested Doctor Parul to counsel her and after her therapeutic treatment our daughter is relaxed and happy now. It was a family therapy involving me wife and daughter all.
