Dr. Parvinder is not just a very experienced consultant, she is someone who will partner with you on your pregnancy wholeheartedly. We truly appreciated how she gravitates towards natural methods and exercise, over medicines/supplements. She was very patient with all our queries and is one of the rare doctors who follow-up and check on you. Most importantly, she gave me the confidence to prepare for a natural delivery and I was able to do the same in 2 hours. Definitely recommend her and she truly changed our lives.

Highly Disappointing Experience at Cloudnine I visited Cloudnine for an IUCD procedure with Dr. Palwinder Kaur, expecting professionalism, sensitivity, and basic respect for a patient’s time and privacy. To begin with, I was made to wait for more than one hour despite having a prior appointment. There was no proper communication or apology for the delay. More concerning was the consultation itself. For a sensitive procedure like IUCD insertion, one expects empathy, reassurance, and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt uncomfortable ** . My experience with Dr. Parvinder was very fine and the clinic staff and wait time were amazing. I would rate the overall experience as four out of five. Since it was my first consultation, I cannot say much more right now.
