We had a really good experience with Dr. Rafia. She is very patient and understands the situation well, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. If someone is aiming for a normal delivery, I would definitely recommend consulting her. The entire staff is friendly, supportive, and welcoming, which made things much easier for us. In the end, we were blessed with a healthy baby through a normal delivery, and we’re truly grateful for the care we received.

9.40pm time was allotted & there was no response from the doctor. I had to call twice & they said she’s in a surgery. Then, i got a call back from the doctor, I told her I have paid for the video-consultation & she said she has a network issue. I doubt that it was really the doctor or her staff in the clinic that I spoke to earlier. She consulted me for 5-10 minutes on the phone call & that’s it. I felt like she didn’t have alot of patience in listening & I am not at all satisfied with the money I spent or the experience I had. *

Shail rafia mam is really gem of a person who works whole day n was available whole night. She is wonder woman who has given so amazing treatment with so much privacy and comfort nature🙏🙏🙏 she has magic wand really in curing patients. Thank you so much mam.one of the memorable experience
