The consultation with Dr. Vijay Parbatani was excellent and the overall experience was good. I was satisfied despite having little time to talk.

He is very understanding and treats patients very politely. A very good doctor.

We came for a short trip to Pune and I has cataract problem which needed immediate operation. After visiting few doctors visited Dr Parbatani clinic and after consulatation decided to get it done. The operation was successful and the way doctor attended us, we felt we are a member of one family. The trust which he had in us is unbeliviable. Without waiting for insurance clearance he discharged in 2.5 hours so that patient does not suffer. The final clearance came after 2 days and payment was made thereafter. Such a treatment and attitude of a Doctor and his staff is very rareley seen. My sincere thanks to doctor and his team.

Couple of months back, I had visited Dr Parbatani's clinic with my 13 year old brother-in-law for his eye check-up. Let me walk you through that day, doctor was late 40 minutes late. So his assistant did all eye check-up by trying different lenses to identify the exact number, that check up lasted 20 minutes, still doctor didn't showed up by that time. In that 20 minutes his assistant had done all the check-ups, which is actually main doctor was supposed to do. After all this we waited 20 more minutes, by the time his assistant had kept all reports ready, actual reading of numbers, she had written by herself. ** ** ** In whole report, she had written same values three times in three different places In result I had to bear cost of spectacle which was made with wrongly written Spherical -ve value.

Hi, This is regarding my son's visit to your clinic. He had to travel out of Pune and I suggested that he get his eyes checked at your centre for a new pair of glasses. He visited on 1st Aug with his father. Receipt no is RCPT11432. Based on the eye test, we went to make the glasses. We did not do a retest at the optical store as we trusted your report. ** ** We spent 6000/ to get his glasses only to realise that left eye power reading is wrong. My son was not able to see properly. We, doubting the lenses maker, approached the optical shop and found the glasses were made as per your prescription. But, my sons eye power was entirely different. We had to place another order that costed us rs 3000/. I want to bring this to your notice and the apathy with which your centre treats people.
