I was suffering from a very low haemoglobin (4) ,high thyroid symptoms and weakness...I wasn't able to do anything or any work for a prolonged time period... Use to have a very low stamina and use to feel sleepy throughout the day . Then I visited ma'am Archana and had a good consultation session. She thoroughly understood my problem along with my reports and provided me with a very simple and easy to follow diet plan. I followed the given diet plan for more than a month and results were visible to everyone. I felt more energetic and fresh thorough the day and my stamina increased. I followed the diet religiously on proper timings . After I went through the final doctor report my haemoglobin was 12 and my thyroid tablets went down by just half (before it was 150 mg and now its 75 mg). No more sleepiness. No more tiredness. I have only had one appointment so far and it didn't feel like the same at all..mam was really understanding n friendly and heard my problems very carefully. I have been advised a change in my dietary plan for 2 weeks and we will take it forward from there after. But I can definitely recommend everyone to consult her once for sure.
