Among them, the most recent procedure, performed by Dr. Sukriti Bhalla on 27 June 2026, was by far the smoothest and most comfortable experience. What impressed me even more was Dr. Bhalla’s exceptional care and compassion beyond the procedure itself. She visited me in the ICU on Sunday, 28 June 2026, despite it likely being a holiday, and again on Monday, 29 June 2026, to personally check on my recovery and well-being. Such dedication reflects not only her professional excellence but also her deep humanity and genuine concern for her patients. Her actions exemplify a rare doctor-patient bond—one that feels almost parental in its warmth, reassurance, and care. I extend my heartfelt gratitude and highest compliments to Dr. Sukriti Bhalla for her outstanding medical expertise and compassionate service. I would also like to acknowledge the prompt, courteous, and professional support provided by the medical staff in the Emergency Department, ICU, and Private Ward. Their responsiveness and kindness contributed significantly to my comfort and confidence throughout my stay. Dr. Sukriti Bhalla is an excellent cardiologist and Head of the Cardiology Department at Aakash Healthcare SuperSpeciality Hospitaldwarka . She has already done 10000+ Angiography/Angioplasty. ** ** Her expertise in handling heart attack cases and complex cardiac procedures is outstanding. She explains everything clearly, is very patient centric aporoach, and focuses on saving lives rather than just treatment. * *

* * I visited because I was experiencing frequent fluttering/palpitations. The doctor hardly gave me even a minute and did not properly listen to my concerns or take enough time to understand my symptoms. She prescribed several tests, including ECG, 24-hour Holter monitoring, Echo, TMT, and multiple blood tests. However, at present, I have only got the ECG and Holter monitoring done. Despite my concerns about my symptoms and my existing reports, I felt the consultation was extremely rushed. What was particularly concerning was that medicines were prescribed which can lower blood pressure and pulse rate, ** ** ** ** ** * * I expected a cardiology consultation to be more thorough and for the doctor to carefully understand my medical condition before prescribing medication. Unfortunately, I felt rushed, unheard, and dissatisfied with the overall consultation. A very disappointing experience.

Had high hopes from the doctor based on the stellar reviews but everything got shattered. She arrived 20 mins late to the video consultation, ** * She could not hear me properly. Neither did she look at the reports that I had sent. She hurried through the consultation. She did not even reply to my queries post consultation. I would not recommend her. Consulting her was a setback on my time and money.

She was okay during the consultation, ** often left messages on seen without replying.
