Dr. Surya Narayan Mohanty

Dr Surya Narayan Mohanty is truly the second God to patients. I was suffering from menopausal symptoms since a year. No medicine worked. I was really in a traumatic condition.Last December i consulted him. His words acted for me as a boost in my strength.Immediate steps were taken. My ovary and uterus is removed. But the post operative healing was so rapid that i am truly grateful to the Dr, as his medication and treatment worked too good for a God speed recovery. I do recommend the Dr for other patients.

Dr. Suryanarayana Mohanty is very responsive and immediate decision maker for the treatment process. My wife was suffering from uterine fibroids having acute pain. When I visited him at Appollo Bhubaneswar he immediately advise for surgery after ultrasound. He made all the treatment process very simple and fast. His attitude and behaviour towards the patient and treatment process was very affectionate. Overall myself and patient was satisfied with Dr. Suryanarayana Mohanty and Appollo Bhubaneswar staff for the kind of service they had offered. Once again I am thankful to Dr. Suryanarayana Mohanty and Appollo Bhubaneswar and I recommend others also if any one suffering from similar problems.

Very humble & very generous Doctor. His approach, his style of treatment are very nice. Doesn't prefer too many tests & too many unnecessary medicines. **

1. The doctor is extremely impatient He was rushing through the appointment both the times I visited him. The sessions got over in a heartbeat. Patients were going in and out so fast that after a point I could hear Ariana Grande singing "Thanku, next" in my mind. 😅2. He isn't approachable or friendly at all. 👎On my first appointment, I wanted to discuss my health problems in detail but he interrupted me right after he heard "irregular periods" and assumed the rest, I guess! I didn't feel comfortable interacting with him after that. 3. He is not quite interactive with patients, rather disinterested. He didn't have the patience to look through my reports cared very less to explain the problem. So when I approached him with my own queries instead, he immediately summoned the next patient and shooed us away from there. 4. He wasn't assuring or empathetic. ** I went to another doctor later on for my satisfaction as I wasn't happy with the interaction. I had never consulted a gynecologist before at Apollo and picked this doctor because he had the most experience but now feels like such a wast e of money. I would not recommend him ** **

His advices are to the point and he is an expert in this field. I trusted him blindly and the issue was so smooth. One good thing is that i called him during the emergency at night, he came to hospital at 1 AM night and help us a lot .

Dr SN Mohanty sir is very caring and very polite in nature. * ** ** ** ** . Recently my wife undergoes treatment through Laparoscopic surgery. We are completely satisfied with his consultation and his treatment process. And I am happy I have took my wife to a fabulous doctor who is best in his work.
