After my initial consultation, the results were up to the mark. The doctor was approachable and also descriptive about the health condition. I am supposed to consult him again for the follow-up. For now, it is all going fine. I will surely recommend the doctor.

Unsatisfactory Experience with Dr. R. Manjunath at Dr. Malathi Manipal Hospital, Jayanagar
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit to Dr. Malathi Manipal Hospital, Jayanagar—specifically under the care of Dr. R. Manjunath (Internal Medicine – General Physician).
As a patient seeking professional and compassionate medical care, I felt extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy, and overall inattentive approach during the consultation. Rather than feeling supported and understood, I left the hospital feeling unheard and disrespected.
** * * * ** ** ** **
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that the hospital administration will take it seriously and ensure such experiences are not repeated for other patients. A hospital visit should be a place of healing
I request that this matter be acknowledged and appropriately reviewed.

Dr. Manjunath is very unprofessional in his approach, ** * ** ** ** In my case (viral fever), ** ** asked me to undergo test for malaria, dengue, CBC, LFT, Blood Culture. In addition, he prescribed the most costliest medicines to me for treating viral fever. For getting my viral cured from him, I had to shell out a whopping amount of 7K! I would not recommend Dr. Manjunath.

I never recommend this doctor to anyone. He and his assistant both are very rude and there is no patience to listen to the problem. My father used to get unconscious all of a sudden when i checked by nearby hospital around night 3am doctor said ecg looks abnormal please contact someone expert. In this situation i found a doctor manjunath. At first manjunath dint not allow me to speak n explain what is the health condition of my father and what all happened so far, doctor wanted my father to explain whats the problem. How can a person who is falling unconscious can explain what has happened to him ?Second he did ecg which was normal and asked for MRI of brain and spaine from some diagnostic center saying actually it will cost 10 for MRI if i go with this doctor they will do the contrast for free. But i got the MRI reports done from a reputed lab ** As soon as he saw the report from another lab he got irritated and behaved very badly saying he can't trust this report. At last after all these backnforth no treatment no conclusion nothing gave a piece of paper with how to do surya namaskara on it and asked to do everyday. NO TŔÈTMÈŃT at all.

Doctor was in hurry , may b he was overwhelmed with the number of patients in the queue. We had to wait for more that 30 mins. Based on the symptoms he suggested medication which did not help. He suggested to take RTPCR test and never asked to visit.. my wife and I tested on 30th April. Next day on 1st my wife’s report was sent to me via email and I did not receive my report.. I had to call the number mentioned in the email 20 times and I was transferred from one line to the other.. I was asked to collect it physically despite being positive.. next day had to rush my wife as she has discomfort in her stomach.. we at emergency ward was made to Aga Ian wait for 30 mins.stating Manjunath was in rounds he will come n he never turned up. I had to request the doc in emergency to attend my wife and then he treated her. She was given some injections in the saline. post that we were asked to pay or else saline needle will not be removed .. I was asked to go to billing counter to pay and there were hardly anyone on the front desk.. I had to request to take the bills.. I wasn’t explained about what the charges were all about and was asked to pay approx 4300 I was already feeling restless coz of being distressed and tired.. this is not the way you treat a patient who comes with lot of hope.. I wouldn’t recommend Manipal hospital ever.
