The medication provided to me was totally , dis satisfactory.Azithromycin 500 was prescribed ,with some medicine and syrup for acidity. When there was no relief , even my pain has gone upto sky I had to visit a local doctor ** ** ** * * I will never ever come back again ** ** * ** ** ** * ** ** *

Consulted for throat infection/pain which was recurring from almost 1.5 months. Post sharing the reports and the explaining the health issue repeatedly to make the doc understand the issue properly, it just did not help. The doctor is not very forthcoming. It took a few prods from me for her to first respond to me and then start the video call. I had to demonstrate the throat areas where I have been facing a problem for which I needed it to be on video. She came on video and immediately turned her video off. Subsequently, she seemed irritated with my questions and showed no empathy or curiosity for my problems. She asked me to share my details for the prescription but wouldn’t share it until I messaged her several times. Frankly, I am reluctant to pursue her treatment and would have much rather preferred discussing my problem with a doctor who had the expertise, time and care to truly understand my problem. This consultation was a poor use of my time.

Doctor does not provide prescription for medicines prescribed during follow up period .
Raised the issue with practo help too,still no use!!!
