Subject: Concern Regarding Water Hygiene During Treatment My treatment itself went well, but I’m facing an unexpected issue. I suspect that the water used during the procedure—possibly from an overhead tank—was not hygienic. It appears that the same water may have been used for rinsing during my bleaching treatment, and as a result, the sensitive skin on my upper and lower lips has peeled. Given the nature of the procedure and the condition of my lips afterward, I’m concerned that contaminated water may have entered my system. While I understand it’s difficult to prove this conclusively, I’d like to explain why I believe this could be the cause. I’m visiting from the U.S. and have been extremely cautious about hygiene—I do not eat or drink cold food from outside, I carry my own water bottle, and I clean my hands regularly with wipes. However, I began feeling unwell late last night, and today I’m experiencing high fever, chills, sore throat, and headache. If you are charging a premium for services, I sincerely urge you to ensure that clean, safe water is used at all times—especially during patient procedures. Dr. Sarita Vikramsinh Deshmukh gave a perfect diagnosis, provided satisfactory treatment, and followed up very well. The clinic environment and staff were very nice, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, I felt the visit was good value for money.

The treatment given to us in terms of service wait time and the care given was excellent. They operated on me with the upmost care. As i can't walk clinic provided me wheelchair access everytime i visited. Overall greatly satisfied with doctor and the clinic.
