Dr. Pranjal himself is a very polite and patient doctor who explains everything with care. his staff is the complete opposite, ** ** They are rude, ** ** * ** * ** For something as simple as a clarification about prescribed medicine, I was asked to wait 18 hours for a response. This is disappointing and completely unacceptable patients come to a clinic for help, not to be treated like an inconvenience. When I tried to ask again, I was told, “we have already explained this to you, ** ** ** Such behavior is not only rude I have been visiting Dr. Pranjal since 2018–19, both at his old clinic and now at the new Varsity Skin and Wellness Clinic. While I still respect Dr. Pranjal as a doctor, ** Once a patient leaves the clinic, it’s natural to have confusion, and staff cannot simply deny support. This is extremely frustrating, disappointing, and not what I ever expected from this clinic. Despite years of trust, I don’t think I will visit Dr. Joshi again and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone I know.
