I accidentally gave a one-star rating initially, but I was actually very happy with the doctor's consultation. The doctor explained things well and I would rate the experience five stars. However, the doctor was about an hour late for the appointment, which caused some frustration and an argument with the staff. Despite the delay, the staff helped connect me with supporting staff to review my case.
