My mother had a cataract surgery of both eyes 15 days back...We are very much satisfied with the doctor, her friendly nature, her team...My mother was so comfortable with the doctor that her previous fear for the name of surgery completely disappeared. She was very much confident for the surgery just because of the Dr Parul but just a small request for the centre to kindly reduce the waiting time . It could be reduced to some extent in my opinion because just waiting for a followup for about 1 to 1.5 hours is too tiresome and with elderly patients it is very difficult.

After waiting for 45 minutes, the doctor came in, checked my eye, and left in less than 5 minutes * She then asked me to revisit and her team shared the diagnosis and medicine details with me.
Two to three days later, when I had serious eye irritation and contacted the clinic, I was told the doctor was available but could not see me because there were no slots. When I asked for eye drops or medicine to help with the irritation, I did not receive any response from the team. ** ** **
