I contacted Dr. Smrithi Menon by phone for getting an appointment for my daughter's ear complaint. Even though she was not available on that day she gave valuable advice by phone (which was very useful and essential) and asked us to attend the next day. She was so kind and professional, Her treatment is very appropriate and the charges were reasonable. A very good neat, calm, genuine... private ENT clinic. The clinic is very approachable on Trichy road, with car parking and medicines available on the ground floor.
