I had a stomach ulcer, inflammation, and hernia issues and went to Dr. Brajendra Prasad. During my endoscopy, I was very scared, but the doctor and staff made me feel calm and safe. He explained everything gently and treated me with care.After starting his treatment, within days I’ve already started eating better and feeling normal again. I’m really thankful to Dr. Brajendra and the staff for their support and loyalty.

I would not recommend this doctor ** ** , I was quite disappointed with my experience. ** ** ** ** ** ** * I felt that my questions were not properly addressed and that there was little willingness to explain things clearly. His tone also came across as somewhat rude. ** I expected more time, patience, and empathy from the doctor.

As a medical practitioner, it is his duty to explain the problem and treatment to the patient and his attendants. Just typing and giving prescription is not one expects from a doctor. ** ** ** ** ** At least give clear guidance to patients what are suppose to do wrt to their treatment plan , sitting mum and communication via assistant and prescription slip is highly unsatisfactory from doctor. You shouldn’t choose a healing profession if you can’t help your patient. No one is happy to visit hospitals and doctors and one must under this.

My father gave huge respect to him him everytime he meets him since dad was hopeful that he would talk to him in a respectful way considering dad is double his age, but this BC BP Singh , always behaved very rudely* ** ** ** ** ** we are actually paying for each visit to him and it's our right and the Dr responsibility to tell us the main cause of the problem ** .. ** ** * ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **

Doctor didn’t ask any additional information about the health issues I was facing at that time. He should give time to patient to understand their problem.
