Dr. Syed Shakeel is an exceptional dermatologist. As I have severe acne scars for 2 years and new pimples coming every few days, my skin was very damaged and I used to feel very embarrassed about it. So I was looking for a dermatologist in Chennai who could help my skin recover completely from this problem. Dr. Shakeel's diagnosis and treatment plan has been very effective for my skin. Moreso, he is a very patient and kind person. He approaches the problem very thoroughly and provides a detailed understanding of the diagnosis and clear explanation of how we can treat it. I am so grateful for this because recently I had a wax burn on my face which was very very prominent and I could not go out due to embarrassment and I messaged Doctor regarding this issue and he promptly replied with medication and also said not to worry as the burns will settle. He is the most professional doctor I have seen. I went for the treatment of my wife's skin rashes in the foot. Initially, the doctor recommended ointments to heal the foot and suggested to do Lupus test and follow up only if the rashes don't go away. After further careful examination, he found that it's no way related to the dermatologist and is related to the Rheumatologist. He immediately recommended to consult Rheumatologist owing to the type of the disease. Can you imagine that he also waived off the follow up fees because he found the tests to be quite expensive and the treatment wasn't related to his domain.In today's time where practitioners are more focussed to extract as much as possible from the patient ,here is this doctor who genuinely cares for the patient and is highly responsible and professional.

I am 83 years old, recently I had skin rashes in my chest ,back and forearms.Based on the reviews of him in Practo, we had fixed an appointment over phone, As doctor wanted to examine the case properly, I was called up to his clinic. He explained the cause and the treatment process, and by gods grace I am fully healed now. He had regular follow-ups with me to understand the progress of the treatment and advised accordingly. Doctor is very soft spoken,empathetic, humble , well experienced and knowledgable in his specialization. I highly recommend doctor for his humane approach

** * he diagnosed the root cause of increasing black spots on the body, asked to do few tests, even recommended best lab to reduce the over all cost. Moreover when I went back to consult and show him reports, he didn’t charge even a paisa and when I insisted he informed that he doesn’t charge patients for showing and consulting reports.
