I was suffering from Asthma for the past 7-8 years and was on allopathic treatment. The condition worsened over time and the frequency and intensity of wheezing increased with frequent visits to the hospital. The doctor explained very patiently about my condition and the steps to be taken to get it cured. He suggested a dietary plan and prescribed some medicines, both of which I followed religiously. Within a month, the wheezing attacks was greatly reduced and so I followed up with the treatment. After about 8 months of regular treatment and a strict dietary regimen the wheezing attacks stopped altogether.
