Earlier also I had visited Dr. Vikrant Mathur for general ENT problem and I was totally satisfied because nothing problem was detected and he simply satisfied our query rather than recommending other unnecessary tests, hence I visited again and again got satisfaction

We were waited there like 1&1/2hr. And the staff was saying just 2 minutes again and again. And then we go in there after that much time doctor just looking at the cctv camera more than me(patient) and he don't even listening to my problem ** * ** ** ** taken ₹500. And still after tha test we go in there he didn't even listening to my problem and again looking at the cctv... ** ** * *

It was a horrible experience I was said to wait for 2min I waited for 1 hr then also DR. had not arrived. I'll never visit there again.
