Honestly, I reviewed about the doctor online and consulted my aunty who was operated by Dr. Jitin Choudhary and after all research and going through, I visited the clinic today. It was for Sister's Treatment as she is a special child (Downs) and having health concerns but the doctor was down to earth, he didn't take any fees and was very polite and humble. He didn't charge fees as a special child for that matter. Even gave medication for my sister seeing her health issue. The staff was also kind and polite and provided help and support. Dr.Jiten was very friendly and explained the entire process, both for open and laparoscopy, it's pros and cons, it's duration putting me at ease. I am 70 years old. Yesterday, I could feel his competency and expertise, as there was minimal stiffness and pain in the area. His assistant Dr. Shruti was also quite helpful in clearing my doubts at all points of time. Moreover he vey humble and established very cordial relationship with the patient and has the high patience to listen to patient, which I believe is the key to understand the suffering patients going through. Moreover he explains so beautifully about the Hemorrhoids and the surgical procedure to cure it in detail which is necessary to clarify patients doubts and bring confidence. His Surgical proceedure is totally painless and you can go home after 24hrs of the procedure with no recovery procedures and follow ups. Doctor Jiten Choudhary was fully committed to patients needs so much that I called him as late as 23.00hrs in the night and he responded. He was always there on instant messaging app too, so that you can contact him anytime. I visited him at Ruby Hospital in Bhandup West and had undergone surgical procedure there itself. Even hospital is neat and clean and staffs are very caring and friendly.

I visited Dr. Chowdhry with previous history of pilonidal sinus and having pimple like formation at the natal cleft, which was persistent and regularly discharging pus and blood. Dr. Chowdhry couldn't diagnose it and provided antibiotics even after two visits. ** ** * ** ** * ** I am not satisfied with the treatment given by Dr. Chowdhry and won't recommend it.
