We had a previous doctor, but we eventually decided to make a change. The moment we met Dr. Ritu, even during our very first meeting—which was something we had never experienced with our previous doctor—we knew we had made the right decision. As first-time parents, we often find ourselves unsure about what to do. During such an important phase of our lives, having a doctor who patiently guides and reassures us makes all the difference. Dr. Ritu has done exactly that for us. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, helps us understand the nuances, and guides us on what we should and shouldn’t do. She genuinely listened to our concerns and made sure we left the consultation feeling more confident and informed. Our previous doctor never really took the time to acknowledge or address our concerns, so having someone like Dr. Ritu has been such a refreshing and reassuring experience. I am genuinely so glad that we made the change and had the opportunity to meet such an amazing doctor. What makes her even more special is that she has gone beyond her role as our doctor—she is even helping us connect with a trusted doctor friend in another state to make things easier for us. Dr. Ritu is not only an amazing doctor but also a truly wonderful person. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for walking into our lives at such an important time, for patiently guiding us as first-time parents, and for making this journey feel a little less overwhelming. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.

** * ** ** The only thing is that she works at Apollo Cradle, which is a little costly for me. But the doctor behaviour is excellent and friendly.

I use to get treatment from another doctor until my 7 th month of pregnancy, and then I came to know about Ritu mam in apollo cradle, then I start consulting her from my 8th month of pregnancy, in the first consultancy itself I understand that she is the one who will be my doctor during my delivery. She is such a sweet and genuine person. My previous doctor didn't give me that much confidence about my normal delivery, but Ritu mam gave me full confidence on my normal delivery and I trusted her 100% and I did what ever she told to do. My baby has cord around his neck and I thought that my delivery would be a c section, but Ritu mam gave to full confidence that I am going to endup in normal delivery and that happened too. She is such a warm and welcoming person. In middle of my labour i almost giveup on normal delivery and asked for c section because of unbearable pains, but mam came and motivated to be in normal delivery, and I did so, now me and my baby both are healthy and happy. Thank you so much Ritu mam for your guidance and showing path in my pregnancy journey. I already recommend to my cousin to consult Rithu mam in her pregnancy. Every after postpartum consultation also she talks very Nicely. Once again thank you so much Rithu mam.
