disappointing experience. The eyebrows were done noticeably unevenly, which significantly affected the overall facial appearance. What was even more concerning was the refusal to acknowledge ** for the mistake when it was brought to her attention. ** * This is completely unacceptable, ** * ** Mistakes can happen, ** ** ** ** A person’s face and natural structure should be treated with care and responsibility, not something to be handled casually. Very disappointed with the outcome **
