Clinic was very professional, modern and state-of-the-art. Dentist was engaging, and fully explained processes and prognosis, before commencing treatment. I was shown on screen via cam the affected areas of concern - a first for me. I have visited dentists in Singapore, Germany and China and none utilized such technology. It was very useful and informative. The clinic kept to the appointed times, with minimal waiting. Very efficient and well organised, with SMS follow up and confirmations. All in all, I was very impressed with the high standards of Dr Rajendra and his clinic.

There was a lady doctor who inspected the mouth and explained the issues in detail to me. Then I was asked to do an x-ray which was in the third floor and completed immediately. The report was mailed to the doctor who inspected it by the time we came down. The areas of treatment were explained in detail once again and the next appointment was suggested. Overall, I was very satisfied by the fact that I was given enough information about what was wrong and what would be done. In addition, multiple treatments were suggested but not forced upon, which was a welcome change.

Wonderful Results and valuable advice. Dr. Rajendra is one the most experienced doctors I have met .I had gone to consult for braces treatment and two root canals , Dr. Rajendra and his team of doctors ensured that the treatment went fine and my root canal was almost painless . The Clinic is well equipped with latest technology in dentistry , I was happy with my braces treatment , Doctor used Laser treatment so that the teeth move faster . I could see the results in few months itself and very happy with my final result. He is always available on phone for any query. Thank you sir.

Adhoc visit to the clinic just for routine cleaning. It was my fault that I did not enquire about the charges initially as it was supposed to be a routine procedure. Upon initial screening, doctor advised me that cavities are developing in about 7-8 number of teeth overall. After the cleaning was completed, she asked me for fillings. Again it was my mistake to not understand the expenses. Upon further enquiry she gave me a estimate per teeth basis. After starting, her estimate suddenly changed from total of 7-8 cavities in all to 9 cavities on each side (total 18). * * * ** Anyways I completed 1 side. The bill came out to be exorbitant. I asked for receipt and diagnosis. It was not provided and was told that it will be emailed. I waited for 1 week, but did not get any email. Visited the clinic again. The doctor said some issues with the computer system. Then reluctantly provided me with the bill but again no diagnosis. On further asking, a general diagnosis was provided. I was taken aback by the ethics or opaque nature of information provided along with inflated bills. Disappointed by the whole experience.

I had come to Dr with an excruciating pain in my premolar, there were pus cells in the root of my teeth, Dr recommended that I should take antibacterial IV for 15 days and then he removed my teeth with pus, he was extremely helpful, geared with my tantrums during my treatment and helped me not only overcome the pain but also extraction of my tooth. He is extremely him humble and caring towards patients. His work is very clean and he believes in excellence I have always recommended him to my friends and family. I am happy with his treatment.
