I started seeing her during a really difficult phase of my life, and I’m so glad I did. She is very understanding and empathetic, and I always felt heard and comfortable talking to her. She gives you enough time to explain what you’re going through and never makes you feel rushed or judged.
We initially tried therapy, and when that wasn’t helping enough, she started me on medication. I’ve noticed a huge difference since then. I’ve been under her care for the past 7 months and am continuing my medication.

I consulted Dr. Tanu because I was facing excessive anxiety and repeated negative thoughts along with a few episodes of panic attacks. The panic attacks manifested as physical symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, diarrhoea, dizziness. It had become impossible to function without help. Dr. Tanu listened to me patiently and without any judgement. She was also able to diagnose my issue and correlate it with my caregiver duties that I’ve been carrying out for over 6 years now. She prescribed me the right medication along with some suggestions for simple lifestyle changes which really helped me get back to my normal self. I feel so much better now and more in control. I’m able to ward off negative thoughts without going into a spiral. I would 100% recommend Dr. Tanu for her empathetic approach towards patients.
