Dr. Chiranjiv Chhabra

Staff at Skin Alive Panchsheel Park branch is extremely improfessional and rude Specially TULSI (old, short height, poor hindi and english speaking). i have been visiting panchsheel branch for few years and it was my first experience with Tulsi who has quite an appetite for arguing and provoking clients. it is evident she does not fit in her job well & even then she is employed there. AVOID going to skin alive panchsheel branch at all costs!!!!!!! Nothing against Dr Chiranjeev. She is a good doctor.

I met Dr. Chiranjiv Chhabra as scheduled and my experience has been good since the visit.

I did not have a good experience with the doctor. She did not consult me properly ** * ** * **

I have been taking full body and face laser from past more than a year. Recently took lip fillers from Dr. Chhabra, who is friendly but the management and staff is very poor overall. Highly unprofessional and rude. Don't know how to value and treat the customers. Extremely negligent just want the customers to pay and enrol for services without giving them any satisfaction or value for their money. Would never recommend anyone. The rates are comparatively very high for fillers but provide no value at all. I would suggest to look for alternatives in Delhi which are lot better.

Went for pigmentation. They suggested meso therapy without letting me know of any side effects. After first session, when contacted Dr Utra she said it has never happened before. We requested to stop mesotherapy and refund mesotherapy amount. To this, We got reply that they dont refund and tried to sell laser therapy. We are now being told they will deduct first session charge of mesotherapy, ** ** ** ** * *

I went for laser hair removal. Very bad experience. This was a maintenance sitting and my hair came back in 2 days. Since then have been trying to call the clinic and they dont return calls. There is a lady Neha at the reception. And she never returns calls
