She is a person with great knowledge who could help a person from complete junk diet to nil junk. I would suggest this doctor to anyone willing to change their lifestyle to a healthy one. She helps with her video/voice calls and weekly reviews, changes in one-day meal, salad, herbal teas etc. Together it is fun and also worth trying it.
