I went there for my mother’s BP checkup and advice as she was having slightly higher BP. Dr. Subrato is extremely well-spoken and so good to interact with. He guides and tests so nicely and makes sure you understand what the trouble is and how easily you can rectify it. Anyone who needs to get tested or need medical help must visit Dr. Subrato. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cardiologist. The stent procedure and overall treatment were not handled properly, and after the procedure, the doctor did not give proper attention or follow-up care. Despite raising our concerns, we were repeatedly ignored and not given satisfactory answers. For such a serious cardiac procedure, patients expect proper care, communication, and regular follow-up. Unfortunately, we experienced none of these. ** I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for proper cardiac care.

In my view, Dr Subroto Mandol is the best doctor for heart problems. He is patient friendly, very soft spoken and is not overbearing. The patients and the attendants are never given wrong advice. I can always recommend Dr Mandol to the heart patients of Bhopal for excellent care.
