I was suffering from sleep anxiety from 1 year . As soon as I stop using anxiety medication it increased. Post my sessions with Dr. Sonali Nagdeo I have been able to manage my anxiety extremely well. The techniques she gives and encouragement she provides at every achievement is really commendable. She is patient listener and understands your problem just right.
