Dr. Mangala Wani

Dr Mangala wani is very knowledgable ,very disciplined doctor. 1-Very well organized way of keeping track of baby and mothers growth 2-All appointments were as per planned date.no changes happened to any of the appointments 3-As a first time parent we had a lot of questions/queries what to eat what not to eat,whether it is sae for mother to travel to office ,sleeping postion etc , dr answered all our queries and she is very positive in her approach which also helped us and we started enjoying the phase and started banking completely upon dr wani. 4-All before tests were carried out as per planned date which helped us keep track of pregnancy 5-Madams clinic also conducts a session as to what are dos and donts during and after pregnancy how to take care of baby after birth,Dr arti kulkarni was the consulting doctor who took the sessions.sessions were very helpful and had a personal touch to it.6 sessions were there and those are for both would be mother and father ,also taught excercises for mother which definitely helped my wife. 6-We wanted to make sure Dr wani madam is there during our pregnancy and she said you call me at any time 7-21-Feb was the due date given for us but water broke on 14-Feb 12.30 AM ,we called madam she picked up a phone on a single ring and asked us to get admitted 8-She assessed the situation perfectly and since babys position was oblique she suggested to undergo c section which we thought was a wise decision.at 9.15 AM my wife entered operation theater i was very tensed but within 10 mins baby was out and both mother and baby were fine. 9-post delivery madam used to come for daily visit and suggested a very good method which i believe have not read on internet that baby and mother should be together all the time ,which helps in babys emotional growth and baby does not cry much as baby feels secure and we experienced it ,our baby sleeps sound when she is with mother. 10-Dr also made sure mother understands the right way of doing breastfeeding. overall very good experience.Thank you doctor.

One of my cousin referred me to Dr. Vani, and I am very fortunate to have her as my obstetrician. She has a positive aura, which helped me a lot during my tough times. Her professional and emotional blend when dealing with patients is what I love about her. The ANC classes that are conducted at the clinic, weekly are a must for every expecting women. Pregnancy diet and nutrition, baby care, health and hygiene are some of the topics covered at the classes alongwith workout. A nice experience and a very courteous staff at Hirkani.

** . I had visited her in 7th month of pregnancy with few complications which she handled very well and gave us lot of positivity, boosted our confidence. Because of her our baby today is safe and helathy. Dr. Wani and her staff takes care of the patients very well. ** ** Ive been in her care during my entire pregnancy. To tell, she is just like my family, she always helped me go through this period happily. Even though in the end i 'd an premature delivery, she helped me through that with a normal delivery. Her expertise with breast feeding helped me a lot and has my baby is totally on breast milk. Also, pre natal classes on how to take care of baby and excercises to do during pregnancy helped me with pregnancy. I use massage techniques taught to me very effectively now. Post pregnancy sessions on breast feeding also were good and i even got a pillow from here to breast feed baby which relieved me of my backache. Kudos to doctor and her techniques.

After suffering for number of years due to uterine fibroids,I was referred to Dr Mangala Wani by one of my friend.I was very nervous and Dr Mangala Wani very calm and relaxing manner immediately put me at ease.She thoughouly explained the options open to me and it soon became very clear that my only long term solution was to have hysterectomy.She carried the hysterectomy last year.Again her pleasant disposition and clear explanations helped me at this traumatic time.She visited me in hospital everyday and put my mind at rest.Very next day I was walking and eating the food.I am so pleased I had this operation.I can't praise enough Dr Mangala Wani.and I would recommend her without hesitation.

I was suffering from breast infection for long time. After visiting many hospital and no improvement made the issue serious. I thought of giving up breastfeeding and my baby was only 1 month old. My relative recommended Dr. Wani. During our first visit itself she knew what infection I have and prescribed medicines as well as educated proper latching position so that I can feed my baby properly. Here I am still breastfeeding my baby from last 5 months and completely recovered from the infection. Im really thankful to Dr. Mangla Wani for her expert advice and counseling. She is the best.
