Communication gaps since day 1. She gave the wrong date to visit after discharge for jaundice evaluation. Had to visit the hospital twice which was quite a task post pregnancy. ** I visited another doctor ** ** ** ** Being a new mother I panicked when my child got fever the first time and so I messaged her on WhatsApp she was online saw my message at around 8 pm but chose to reply the next morning saying you’ll have to visit. By that time I had consulted another doctor who atleast gave an sos medicine till the wait for next morning* ** * ** * ** Being a child doc one needs to understand that of course we would visit the next day but if there’s some emergency in night just telling to keep Crocin drops handy wasn’t much of a big deal to tell. ** ** **
