Dr. Pankaj Gaur

It was 1st week of December my wife got diagnosed with 13 mm stone in kidney. After we have discussed with many Doctors in Gurgaon, we finally discussed with Dr Pankaj Gaur. He is very patient to listen all your problems and answer any random questions that is being asked, since we are a novice in this. He explains all the procedures available to cure this, with their Pros & cons. And we finally decided to start with ESWL procedure. Though other places they told it would take 2-3 sittings, for my wife it worked in 1st sitting only, that the stones got fragmented. Thanks to this world class technology used here and Dr Pankaj and Pristyncare being himself monitoring it throughout the session. Its 1 month under his treatment and free of stones now.I definitely recommend Dr Pankaj and Pristyncare for stone treatment.

I strongly recommend Dr. Pankaj Gaur. I visited Dr. Gaur for removal of stones in both of my kidneys, left kidney having 15mm stone and the other having 6-7 mm stone with acute pain on the left ureter. The doctor explained the problem in detail and provided incredible and remarkable consultation on the issue up to my entire satisfaction. He always smiles in a positive manner which helps the patients to improve their health and enhance confidence level. I am undergone two surgeries through laser technology on different dates by Dr. Gaur which both were successful. I’ll highly recommend Dr. Gaur for any of the urology related problems.

** * I called to inquire if there was an alternative medication for relief, but their clinic was closed that day. They told me to come to the clinic the next day, saying they couldn't explain everything over the phone. However, the way they rudely responded without listening to the patient's discomfort was uncalled for.

My appointment was at 7PM, and the clinic rescheduled it for 5.30PM,for which we were unavailable due to office commitments. Yashika the coordinator * she dint bother to get me another appointment had to manage it by some other agent.The reason they cancelled my appointment was the doctor is not comfortable meeting patients in this pandemic..its a urology dept..heights
