I am a senior merchant navy officer and I underwent cataract/refractive eye treatment at this clinic in April 2026 after being advised that the procedure and multifocal lens would help me achieve spectacle-free vision. I relied on this representation and spent approximately Rs.2.5 lakh on the treatment.
Unfortunately, even after the procedure, I continued to require spectacles and also experienced significant glare, halos/scattered light and difficulty with night vision, making it difficult for me to drive safely at night.
When I raised these concerns, I was advised to undergo an additional procedure with the expectation that the problems would improve. However, even after the second procedure, my visual difficulties persisted. *
