Dr pruthviraj assisted on my umblical hernia and lap chole surgery. His post operative care was exceptional. He brings a lot of cheerfullness and positivity during each visit. I was under a lot of pain but had resigned myself to it as a post operative condition to suffer through. Dr pruthviraj made sure i got adequate pain control treatment and gave me a good positive counselling as well. The humanity, compassion and positivity provided was exceptional.

However, I must point out a couple of negative aspects of the Medicover Hospital. ** * ** Additionally, the billing department also needs significant improvement. They showed minimal courtesy and failed to explain whether it was possible to adjust or reduce the bill. ** * as they didn’t show respect or empathy towards clients during payment. My request to the hospital management is to address these issues with proper training for the staff. Apart from this, the hospital is well-maintained, with clean rooms and washrooms, making it a promising choice for healthcare. Despite these concerns, I would still recommend Medicover Hospital because of Dr. Pruthviraj’s exceptional care and expertise.
